Injection Protocol Pro (“the App”) is an informational and organizational tool only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider.
Nothing in the App — including the Treatment Library, evidence summaries, Calculator, protocol tracking, reminders, or educational content — should be interpreted as a recommendation to use, dose, or administer any specific substance. Decisions about what to take, how much, and how often are yours alone to make in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
The Calculator performs mathematical conversions based on numbers you enter (vial amount, reconstitution volume, desired dose) to compute concentration and syringe/injection volume. It does not determine, verify, suggest, or endorse an appropriate dose for you. You are solely responsible for determining the correct dose for your circumstances, in consultation with a healthcare provider, before entering any numbers into the Calculator. The App has no way to know whether a dose you enter is safe, appropriate, or correct for you.
The Treatment Library contains general educational information about various substances, compiled from publicly available sources (FDA labeling, peer-reviewed literature, and other cited references — see each entry’s source citations). This content:
Many substances described in the Treatment Library are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed, are investigational, or are sold without a verified legitimate source when purchased outside clinical trials or licensed pharmacies. The App does not sell, distribute, prescribe, recommend, or facilitate the purchase of any substance, and does not endorse or vouch for the legitimacy of any third-party source through which a substance might be obtained.
The App is not designed for and must never be used in a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
This App is intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older. It is not designed for, marketed to, or intended to be used by minors.
By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:
By downloading, installing, or using Injection Protocol Pro (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms are entered into between you and Howard Crewe (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Western Australia, Australia.
The App provides tools for personal organization related to self-administered treatments, including a dosing/reconstitution calculator, injection and dose logging, body-site rotation tracking, supply inventory tracking, reminders, and an educational reference library. All data is stored locally on your device; the App does not require an account, does not transmit your health data to our servers, and does not use analytics or tracking services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP’S CALCULATIONS, CONTENT, OR REMINDERS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, but may be limited, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF HEALTH, INJURY, OR DEATH, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR USE OF THE CALCULATOR, TREATMENT LIBRARY, OR ANY DECISION MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THE APP. This limitation applies subject to Section 6 above regarding rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Howard Crewe from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The App, including its design, code, and original content (excluding third-party sourced information in the Treatment Library, which is separately cited), is owned by Howard Crewe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Treatment Library includes information compiled from third-party sources (FDA labeling, published research, etc.), cited within each entry. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of external sources we cite, though we make reasonable efforts to cite credible, current sources.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device; since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App will delete your data unless you have exported it first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
